HALLOWEEN, ETC

I have had such a a good time with my boys lately!

Peter loves the little pumpkin we carved.  He can't wait to light it each night.

We went to Ardenwood Farm this week.  It is a quick 30 minute drive and a really fun place.  They had a big pumpkin patch, lots of animals to see, and a train to ride.  Peter loved it.  He even got to milk a pretend cow :)

We had the Trunk or Treat at church on Saturday.  Peter HATED putting on his costume, hated it.  As soon as he got that first piece of candy though.....he was FINE.

Peter turned THREE! I didn't really any pics because I was so busy all day and so caught up in everything going on :(  Here is a sweet photo of the brothers holding some birthday balloons that I love though:

I also got a very short video of him blowing out his candles:

We drove the the beach and got BBQ at our favorite place.  It's so beautiful there!

GEORGE IS 6 MONTHS

George had his half birthday yesterday!  He is as cheerful as ever, has started to sleep in his crib a little better (though not sleeping through the night yet), and has started on some solids and really enjoying it (seems to like sweet potato the best).  His favorite things are; having Peter pay attention to him, nursing, his jumpy swing, and watching the leaves in the trees.

Peter will be THREE next week.  He likes running around like a madman, quoting The Sword and the Stone, eating treats, making friends at the park, and doing things "all by himself."

He loves to help in the kitchen.  Here he is helping make homemade soft pretzels.  He really liked the salt.  Yikes!

Uhhh..

THE BOYS

Peter is coming up on 3-years-old!  He is enjoying going to preschool and learning to listen to his teachers ;)  He is so smart and remembers everything.  His favorite thing right now is the movie, The Sword and the Stone that he got from his Grandma and Grandpa.  He likes to reenact a part where the main character (Wart; King Arthur), falls down the stairs with a bunch of pots and pans.  Here is a video of him telling me to say "Careful, Wart!" so he can act it out:

Careful Wart!

Some more pics of this crazy guy:

George will be 6 months old next week.  He loves to smile at everyone and laugh at his big brother.  He can roll over now and is making lots of new sounds.  He seems pretty big to me (in 9 month pajamas already); I'll be interested to see his measurements at his 6 month well-baby appointment.
